RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Highs and Lows, we strive to ensure that every product you receive is of top quality and brings you joy. But if something’s off, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
FOR ALL PRODUCTS
If you’d like to return a product, you must ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note:
• Return shipping is to be arranged and paid by the customer.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any odor, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Once we receive your return parcel, the item goes through a quality check.
• Highs and Lows reserves the right to deny a return if the product fails our quality check (due to wear, wash, stains, or damage).
If your return is approved, we will process a refund in the next 7 days.
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be processed after this window.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item from our side, please reach out to us at highsandlows.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Kindly share your order ID and clear images of the defect.
• No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
• Upon cancellation, you may choose between:
• Store credit
• Switching to another product
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

SALE ITEMS
• Items purchased during any sale, promotion, or discount period are final sale.
• They cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
